| "Do you know what the V11 Tax Renewal is because I still have road tax on my car until February 2015." The V11 is the vehicle tax renewal letter, to remind you to renew your tax. It will have your name, address and vehicle reg number on it. Most people would not keep this document, but if you have it filed away, you can use it to prove to LBH that you are the registered keeper of the vehicle, instead of sending them the V5 (log book). |
