| I really can't fathom why Hounslow even need this document. You can check whether a car is taxed easily on the DVLA website anyway. What if people have leased or company cars that aren't registered at their home address? Also the current system prevents residents from participating in eco-freindly car-sharing schemes. Unneccesary bureaucracy imo. |
