Thank you to all who offered advice. I e-mailed the CEO, also the Head of Customer services and just to make sure i put something on Twitter. John Lewis phoned within 2 hours and i have a dedicated Customer service adviser. Panasonic are coming Wednesday to change the door. I'll keep the Forum informed. Its now 9 weeks since we purchased this fridge, and i'm asking for substantial compensation for all the phone calls, e-mails etc we've had to make. Fingers crossed. (won't hold my breath). |
