Topic: consumer advice desperately needed

2 months ago I bought a Panasonic fridge from Peter Jones. I was told that if i wanted the door opening from left to right i'd have to get Panasonic to do it as electrical wiring went through the door. I duly phoned Panasonic, paid 81 to have door done, when workman came the correct hinge wasn't with the fridge. Since then i have phoned Peter Jones several time and Panasonic, i get fobbed off every time. No-one takes responsibility or gets back to me. What on earth can i do to get this resolved. If anyone has any ideas please pm me or put on forum. Thanks
