That is what you have to do Sam. I got hold of the phone number for the CEO of Argos years ago and phoned him every hour. He soon got fed up and the problem was dealt with extremely quickly. Same with the CEO of BT very recently where i bombarded him with emails over an issue and 2 days later it was all rectified with a phone call from someone in his office and as a way of saying sorry i now have £10 of my bill every month for 18 months. Do not forget twitter is very powerful tool these days. Someone tweeted Cathedral cheese and sainsburys together over mouldy cheese a few weeks ago. It was picked up by both very quickly. |
