| Could this have something to do with the mooted fast service from Waterloo to Heathrow (via a spur from Feltham)? Railtrack probably wants to design out the level crossings on the Hounslow Loop as part of the preparation. But they should tunnel rather than seek a road closure. Can't imagine that people in SotG would be very happy. |
