I jest, of course. But Trudie, with so many graduates competing for so few, rapidly diminishing intake numbers, these eliminatory tasks (and the ignoble behaviours) are - rather depressingly - representative of typical assessment centres today. Graduates try to make it through the assessment centre and then spend their time at work re-learning ways to work. Thats a reason *to* watch it! :) |
