| Just had a very pleasant lunch at Villa di Geggiano. Andrea and his staff are very welcoming and showed us around their new restaurant which includes a very comfortable area for coffee and breakfast, a deli and a section at the back of the restaurant that can be used for private dining. There are plenty of waiting staff which ensure good service and which will improve further once everyone has had the chance to settle in. The pasta dishes are very tasty (we especially liked the tagliatelle ragu) and the pork and beef dishes are of both excellent value and quality. Do try the fabulous puddings, the chocolate fondant is to die for! All in all a welcome addition to the High Road and I wish them every success. |
