| We went through nightmares with our neighbours.They bought the house next door then went to live in the States for 3 years while the house was completely rebuilt, including digging out the entire 100' garden.What a mess, and there was nothing we could do about it.The builders were a group of about 6 Poles who claimed they could not speak English, and they lived in the house while the were rebuilding it.They used to start work as soon as they were up.That could be as early as 5am.The rebuilding work took almost 2 years.The owner let the house out for about a year while he was still in the States.But when he returned, he decided he didn't like the way the house was and spent another 18 months rebuilding it again.The cost must have been horrific, and I was at breaking point by the time it was finished |
