| You mean soaring house prices rather than souring. Yes some streets have seen a 40% increase in house prices in the last 4 years, pushed up by an influx of people priced out of more expensive areas, like Chiswick, Notting Hill. Waitrose have done their research. The oaks development has been the biggest news in Acton for the last 2 years as it was met with a lot of opposition. |
