| I don't know if there's some Charter or other that governs Royal Parks, probably is, but it always seems to me that these things go over the top. A nominal fee is one thing - once the powers that be start exacting fairly pricey charges it is the thin end of the wedge, and in the end no-one can afford it, and the impromptu kickabout is a distant memory. |
