"Privitised by farce" ? Sounds like some rather amusing hedges are being installed. More seriously, it is an interesting argument about making regular use of the sports pitches for an organised sports league and whether that should be free - after all, someone has to repair and maintain the pitches, and it doesn't seem all that unreasonable to ask the regular users to make a contribution. It is a different situation from one where a few mates organise an impromptu kickabout in the park. |
