| This is a follow on from the post below. As I said, the RSPCA aren't always the ogres they're made out to be. After my cat's recent demise, I paid a visit to the Southall cattery. They currently have 41 lovely cats needing new homes. A few have been 'repaired' after RTA's and are eagerly awaiting new homes. Stevie has been there for over 170 days, and they have quite a few 'long stay' cats there, so they're not just automatically put to sleep. I'm going down there again tomorrow as I've semi reserved a very pretty cat called Venice - hands off, she's mine! |
