|Tom, if I've understood your post correctly, a cyclist came close to your dog and "spooked him". And so your dog bit him. And your dog received a couple of good kicks in return.|
Your view seems to be that it was the fault of the "bloody stupid" cyclist to come anywhere near your dog.
All I can say is thank god it wasn't a "bloody stupid" child that your dog attacked.
From your posts it sounds like you have a dog but are unable to look after it because you are away working six days a week. Like so many people in London you keep a dog but aren't around to exercise it during the day. As a result the dog has developed into an unpredictable and anti social animal, liable to lash out and attack people who commit the "bloody stupid" crime of approaching him.
Sounds like you shouldn't have a dog in the first place. It's just trouble waiting to happen. I have zero sympathy for you. At the very least you should get a muzzle on your dog so it can't bite anyone else.
