If that's the attraction (not deleting it from the server) then nearly all webmail has their own settings that mean you can choose to delete when downloaded anywhere or not - or how long to save them.  None of my 6 emails addresses (a mix of my own website, gmail, outlook.com, etc. delete the emails when I download them onto my consolidated mail programme (Outlook 365) because I always need the history when I don't have access to my own laptop.

Outlook.com hs bad reviews for being the way to manage all your email addresses so although I have outlook.com webmail I don't use it to consolidate my email - I keep Outlook 365 for that.
