Can you pick her up and keep her in and take her to the vet tomorrow for a microchip scan and assessment of her condition?  Also, it is an effort I know but if you could take a photo and put posters round about asking if anyone knows the cat maybe? 

DON'T LET ANYONE GIVE HER TO THE RSPCA - in their hands she will almost certainly be killed at around 7 days after they get her.
