| Roko Health Club has a contract for all its 3, 6 and 12 month memberships. It is the only Health Club that i am aware of that asks to sign the 'Front' agreeing to the terms and conditions but also 3 times on the actual terms and conditions, in the areas of suspension and cancellation so the member is well informed. The contracts have been reviewed and agreed by the OfT. If we did not have contracts our membership would be as high as the Hogarth (£43 a month higher than Roko like for like membership option) which is a v nice club and please make your own informed choice on who you wish to join. Suspension is agreed and members informed of the date when their DD will be re-instated. It is dissapointing that people have suggested Roko has done something wrong, when I can assure you we have not. I would be happy to discuss any of these issues with any member in person, should Roko be at fault in anyway. As some of you may know, I am the GM of Roko Health Club. I am also sorry people have suggested we are not as good as we were. With investment and new equipment plus great staff, I hope your review will improve. |
