| I will never forget him bounding on stage some thirty odd years ago completely unannounced at the Comedy Store (or some such low dive) and taking the audience by storm. It was my brother-in-laws stag party and we all knew within seconds that we were in the presence of a completely irreplaceable comic genius. Later in life as a father of young children I really enjoyed his version of Peter Pan if only for the over the top but wonderful performance it triggered from Dustin Hoffman as his nemesis Captain Hook. |
