My daughther fell whilst on holiday in France and had to have a bit of glue applied to a deep cut on her chin. I did not have a European Health Card for her and have been sent a bill for the cost by the hospital where she was seen. It is below the excess that our travel insurance covers so I cannot claim it off them. I was wondering if there is a way of claiming the cost back off the NHS. Does anyone know? Any pointers will be appreciated. Thanks in advance. |
