| We must be neighbours, because this is exactly the issue. It is so frustrating, especially in this heat. Having a bit of breeze through the house overnight should be normal in summer, but instead we are being woken up by dumbbells, lifting equipment, other kit, and constant coaching. “Hold it, release, and again” at 7am is not acceptable in a private garden surrounded by homes. No one is objecting to someone exercising or running a fitness business, but this should be done indoors, in a proper studio, or in a public park where outdoor activity is expected. A residential back garden is not the right place for regular paid training sessions at that time in the morning. If there is already an indoor training space available, surely that should be used, especially as they seem to manage this during the winter. I also wonder whether it is even permitted to conduct a regular business from a private garden so early in the morning, especially when it is affecting so many neighbours. |
