| After 14 years renting in my much adored flat, I’ve been unexpectedly served notice and blindsided by a section 21 in the final two weeks before the renters rights act comes to play. Looking o stay local and for either a nice one bed or two bed property, but sadly looks like it may not happen. Despise estate agents and the first two viewings I’ve had were already oversold and filled with lies, with the promise of selected properties not actually materialising and the rents being pushed up etc (as expected). Would much rather rent directly, if anyone knows of anything please send my way! |
