| I contacted the Council about this a week or so ago, on behalf of the Grove Park Group, and have since been reassured that the Council did not themselves remove the bins. An order for replacement has been issued,which can take up to 28 days to fulfil. The bins were most likely either stolen for scrap or thrown in the river. |
