| When I was on Cabinet I had a standing instruction that no bins could be removed without my approval. Occasionally the 'normal' plastic wrapped bins were destroyed by fire when someone dumped a hot barbecue or fag end and set it on fire. I suggest you write to my successor Shivraj.Grewal@hounslow.gov.uk and alert him to the problem. |
