| MASH was of its time. Truly great comedic actors. How things have changed - the cross-dressing corporal Maxwell Clinger seemed unremarkable to someone like me brought up on Christmas pantomimes. How would the critics respond to such a portrayal in a modern TV series? I always aspired to be the super-intuitive character Radar. I agree - well done Harold Wilson. As Enoch Powell said "It is a mistake to believe that American foreign policy objectives are always the same as those of this country." |
