| That's Hounslow Council for you ....if it had a brain it would be dangerous. ie Recently they returned over a million pound in local business rate grants received from central government. "Help struggling local small businesses with money off their rates" " the Government said. Hounslow : "Ok, well we will only help some, including big multi national companies around Heathrow and give the rest back!" |
