| How else are shops, restaurants etc, supposed to get deliveries? The roads are so congested especially CHR due to all the stupid LTNs etc the quickest, easiest, cost efficient and probably safest time to deliver is when everyone has gone to bed. If you choose to live on a busy commercial road (shops, restaurants etc.) you have to expect some noise. |
