| Are there any regulations about noisy deliveries, at night, onChiswickHighRoad ? I have been in touch with the Council, they want met go out in the middle of the night( often04.00 hrs) record what is happening,photos if possible ! I do not, at 79,relish the idea of going out on to the High Road in the middle of the night. I did send them photos taken from my window, clearly showing the lorry and its registration number, but heard nothing. |
