Paul can call any part of Chiswick whatever name he likes. Michael can use google maps to "prove" that the name exists but legally only the Council can change the name to Old Market Place and they have not. So technically the entire application is referring to a non-existent place.  Still hope it is accepted because I do love the cheese market
