As a health freak I am aware of how bad most cheeses are for you. Eating cheese and suffering heart attacks and strokes puts more pressure on our NHS. Hence the Council has a duty of care to refuse this licence if they are at all interested in healthcare. As a nanny state we have a duty to discourage fatness wherever we can.
