| They have insulated boxes on the back so clearly intended for take away food deliveries. Importantly they don't have pedals so as far as I know they need to be taxed, insured and MoT'ed in the same way as a petrol driven job. Having said that the regulations are as clear as mud and depend on output of the electric motor etc. |
