| I raised this with one of our councillors who basically said nothing can be gone about them as mopeds can park anywhere and don't require permits. He intimated that the Council might introduce permits for mopeds. They don't seem to move much. Another example of someone taking advantage of a loophole to dodge costs. Hope the new and many skyscrapers due and being built will not be inhabited by moped owners or we will never be able to park at home again. |
