| Yes your right. For an acoustic drum kit you can buy pads to cover the heads. In my opinion they are fine if you can already play, but to learn the basic rudiments they don’t give the correct stick response as a real drum head. Electronics drums can be used with head phones but I found I had to alter my technique to be able play as I do on an acoustic kit. Other drummers may disagree with that. But we are all individuals, none of use play the same. |
