I watched a drug deal happen in my local park last week in broad daylight at 3.30pm. It was a deal to a group of people, all very obviously Class A drug users, desperate for their fix... not just one person. I called 101, held for 15 minutes, dealer walked right past me. They had no units to send. I was asked, "How do you know it's a drug deal?" Hilarious! The advice I was given is to call 999 when a deal is happening, every time. It will help to establish patterns of behaviour.  PLEASE always report it!
