I think if i remember chinese people able to invest in property abroad do so for investmant puroses only because of the property rules back in china. Firstly oversupply and secondly you dont own the land and i think issues with leaseholds when they run out. foreign buyers cany own more than one property and you cant rent it out. For that,i do believe chinese buyers do buy places to keep empty but im not sure the numbers are that high in reguard to this happening |
