| I thought we were supposed to have learned our lesson from the high-rise housing experiments of the 1960s. Seemingly not, or have the financial inducements forced a rethink? Everywhere you look in London there are tower blocks under construction. I suppose we'll give it another 20 or 30 years then reach the same conclusions again. |
