Out off curiosity I visited the car park yesterday evening (while I visit the Park a lot I don't usually walk through the car park) and took some photos of the sign one of which I eventually managed to post on here.

This confirms the 4 hours.This is probably Gemini's standard contract when offering cost free solutions. While its o.k for retail parks I doubt its acceptable for hospital parking contracts, So there must be alternatives out there which the CIC could have chosen instead even if it slightly reduces their income.
And that's assuming that this four hour limit will be Gemini's *only* source of £60/100 fines which is doubtful.
