| We've gone fully digital with legal documents. Took some doing with deeds which require witnesses, but got a legal opinion that someone physically present could witness a digital signature. We had been doing recorded Zoom calls with a screen share of the document so the witness could see it being signed, but the lawyers weren't so keen on that. We did one the other day which required about 16 people to sign, plus witnesses - based around the UK and Europe. Much easier than getting everyone to sign and then post back the originals. |
