Just to say that we have 3 boys on mopeds going around chiswick for the best of 3 weeks now,its the same three but sometimes two. I see two last week going down the avenue one pulling wheelies. Then i see the same two doing the same down chiswick road. Yesterday i see the same two plus one going down CHR beeping horns at some girls. 2 hours later they were seen again going down the seide of acton green. The same one in front puuling wheelies. They are about 17-20 i think and going around being a nuisance. I can understand with what london had in a moped pandemic in robberies but i think these are just being silly boys on mopeds. Bit like boys going around on fizzis in my youth. Points or hospital will soon catch up with them
