| We have something to be thankful for then - we are designated "special needs" so retain our old dustbins from where the cheerful bin men heave out our black bags of refuse - one bag per residence if you are recycling properly but they do lift out the others too. Seems to be the job of neighbours to enlighten and educate those not recycling properly - the Council are not dong so. |
