The Wheelie bin guys generally do a good job because its difficult to stuff that job up except that they don't put the empty wheelies back where they found them. This is pure laziness!! The recycling teams are just idiots with no pride in their work. They thrive on dropping litter and kicking / chucking the recycling boxes whereever they please to intentionally annoy and inconvenience pedestrians, residents and traffic and to ensure the place is letter strewn when they have done their rounds! There is no management and no supervision of these teams. |
