| We only need to look at the pavement to see where not to stand when waiting for an E3. Abundance have done what they can by fixing spikes on top of the street lights and TfL have put some wire mesh up to keep the Timeline murals clean but that’s all. I have written to the Mayors Office about this and have been told that it is the responsibility of TfL and my comments have therefore been forwarded to them! So of course nothing has happened and HH would need to have someone there all day every day for clearing it up. I have also been trying to get HH to replace an ancient inspection cover which has worn smooth and is dangerously slippy in wet or icy weather and another nearby next to the flower stall which has broken edges. A few days later an update from HH “resolved” Went out to look and nothing had been done. Reported it again. A few days later an update “resolved” No! Wrote to Guy Lambert who promptly asked HH to please clarify what is meant by “resolved”. He says that this seems to have fallen into a black hole and came by bike to inspect the covers. So I’m now waiting to hear what, if anything, is going to happen next. |
