I received a PCN on the day that the streets were being cleaned back in May this year.  I recall that Wilmington Avenue in particular got heavily ticketed along with many others. The ticket for parking in a restricted street was issued at 8.31am and the warden just putting it onto my car just as I got there to drive to work.  At the time of issuing, there was no sign of any street cleaners etc and I was not causing an obstruction. In fact, I know that the street was not cleaned until 12.30pm that day. I had parked on Grove Park Road because I did not get home until gone 9pm the night before and there was nowhere to park in the "unsuspended" areas.  I lodged an appeal against the ticket, which I have just found out was rejected - although I am yet to receive any communication to this effect (I phoned the Parking at Hounslow who told me). My query is whether anyone else managed to successfully appeal their PCN that was issued on that day?  Or were any of the PCNs cancelled/retracted by LBH? Thanks.
