I had the same chap yesterday, said he was from my Broadband supplier and that he had diagnosed my computer as running slow. I asked him which Broadband I was using and he got a bit shirty telling me that they represented BT, Talk Talk, Virgin and so on. I said that if he'd been able to diagnose that my line was running slow then surely he must know who my Broadband supplier was. He started shouting at me during this bit, "LISTEN TO ME!" he yelled. I'm afraid I got a bit annoyed with him (he caught me at the end of a bad day) and he hung up. Next thing I know the phone rang downstairs (different number) and it was him again!

Not sure I remember what I said but it was rather fruity.
