| As Delilah has posted, the little duckling did not survive the night - we had such hopes for the wee thing, but it was probably a week old at most and we don't know how/why it ended up where it did or if it had injuries I couldn't see....at least it didn't get terrorised by a cat (in my view that's good!) and was warm and dry, just went to sleep and didn't wake up :-( |
