Thanks Emma and Patrick Nobody I have spoken to yet agrees with the £550. As you might guess the issues are quite complex - the gardens are being well looked after and half the lifts have been refurbished already. We have planned the expenditure for new roofs over the next 10 years and the service charge is begining to fall. So far there is not much in benefits that the developers could offer given all the disturbance, disruption and future over crowding. Not to mention parking. Patrick - the mobile masts come under the roof lease that the developers have an "option" to buy. If the present owner shared the same concerns then they would be removed anyway - it seems not. I wouldn't be surprised if they made a return later on! Thanks for your thoughts. Martin |
