My family have been regular visitors across the years since Michael took over from the prior RSA ownership.

In all that time including recent visits no mention has ever been made of sitting time limits (as I mentioned in my separate posting on Charlottes stricter policy in this area) but if you are a party of over 4 suggest that you alert them so they can set up tables for you given not a very large restaurant.

On food choice, I have seen special requests of a vegetarian nature being made by others and dishes being made up by Michael Nadra after consulting with the customer again an advance call may assist.

Slow service recently has been due to new inexperienced waiting staff  I suspect - attracting the attention of the smartly suited manager if you are in a hurry usually works best we find!
