| Many thanks to all suggestions. We appear to have a metal slide on each side. But in spite of looking at several diagrams online we cannot find a code for the window. Which is why we need a competent person to help and advise. Sadly I won't be able to do a "swap" even if I could find a code! Window and blind were here when we moved in 30 years ago... A call to Velux may be next. |
