| I have a 'brown bin' in which to put garden waste. In the terms set out by Hounslow I am not to put leaves from the pavement and gutter in the 'brown bin'. Why? Because they may be "contaminated". My question is when and if Hounslow sweep the roads where do these " contaminated " leaves end up? Also when a clean was done in the past residents had prior notice so cars could be moved. Now a road sweeping lorry just turns and and hovers between parked vehicles leaving a lot untouched. H H should be rebranded, H H H. Hopeless Hounslow Highways. |
