Mind you it's not quite that straightforward as while my Hammersmith registered car is allowed to drive through some LTNs in LBHF in different CPZs to the one I have a permit for, I would still get a PCN if I strayed into the School Zone at the top of my road during its times of operation in the morning and afternoon. |
