| Gonna reiterate this once again: Why can we not have ANPR recognition for cars registered to a W4 address allowing them free passage anywhere within Chiswick? No more 20min journeys instead of 5mins, no more sitting in traffic jams going miles out of your way for a local journey. No more poulluting idling in traffic when you needn't be and will keep the rat runners out. Is that suggestion just too common sensical? I like the word sensical, not sure if it's a real word but there you go, |
